By accessing or using the Buffalo Lake Lending website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
About Buffalo Lake Lending
Buffalo Lake Lending is an economic arm and instrumentality of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe, a federally recognized sovereign Indian nation. We operate under the sovereign immunity of the Tribe.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi)
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Have a valid Social Security Number
- Have an active checking account
- Reside in a state where we offer services
Loan Agreement
If you are approved for a loan, you will be provided with a Consumer Loan Agreement that contains the specific terms of your loan, including:
- Loan amount and APR
- Payment schedule and amounts
- Total cost of the loan
- Fees and charges
- Your rights and responsibilities
The Consumer Loan Agreement governs your loan and should be read carefully before signing.
Governing Law
Your loan and these Terms of Service are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Buffalo Lake Lending is a tribal entity operating under tribal sovereignty
- State law does not apply to your loan
- Disputes are subject to the tribal dispute resolution process
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Buffalo Lake Lending or the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability
Buffalo Lake Lending and the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from your loan or use of our services shall be resolved through the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe's dispute resolution process as outlined in your Consumer Loan Agreement.
